Supports and leads Crotch’s bumble bee surveys across California, conducting biological reconnaissance, habitat assessments, vegetation mapping, aquatic resource delineations, and desktop research. Prepares technical reports and regulatory documentation for CEQA/NEPA review, manages field data and QA/QC, and assists with project schedules, budgets, staffing, and client communication. Requires frequent travel, overnight stays, and driving on varied terrain.

Supports General Plans, Housing Elements, zoning updates, land use analyses, and CEQA documentation. Conducts planning research and data analysis, reviews development proposals, assists with public meetings and stakeholder engagement, coordinates project schedules, and participates in site visits. Collaborates with clients, public agencies, and multidisciplinary teams on community planning, housing, environmental compliance, and sustainable development projects.

Leads and grows California construction and industrial stormwater quality services. Responsibilities include business development, client advising, NPDES and WDR compliance, SWPPP development, BMP implementation, inspections, sampling, SMARTS reporting, corrective actions, proposals, budgets, program oversight, team leadership, mentoring, and practice expansion. The role also supports municipal stormwater, MS4, TMDL, watershed management, and regional water quality programs.
