Lead compensation strategy and programs, including market pricing, salary structures, job architecture, pay equity, compensation planning, incentives, and analytics. Advise executives on pay decisions and oversee health, retirement, wellness, broker, vendor, renewal, compliance, and governance activities. Develop models and reporting to support financially sustainable, competitive, and equitable total rewards programs.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders across workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, performance management, talent development, engagement, retention, change management, and people analytics. Coach leaders, manage complex investigations and employee relations matters, interpret employment policies and laws, identify workforce risks, and strengthen the organization’s HR business partner operating model and practices.

Supports and leads Crotch’s bumble bee surveys across California, conducting biological reconnaissance, habitat assessments, vegetation mapping, aquatic resource delineations, and desktop research. Prepares technical reports and regulatory documentation for CEQA/NEPA review, manages field data and QA/QC, and assists with project schedules, budgets, staffing, and client communication. Requires frequent travel, overnight stays, and driving on varied terrain.
