Senior staff provide technical direction, permitting support, and mentorship. Work requires rugged fieldwork, regulatory familiarity, and accurate technical documentation.

Manage environmental compliance for large utility and infrastructure projects across California. Oversee pre-construction surveys, construction monitoring, and post-construction compliance; lead field teams and QA/QC processes; serve as client and agency point of contact; coordinate scopes, schedules, and budgets while ensuring adherence to CEQA, NEPA, ESA, CWA, and related regulatory requirements.
