Reports, shoots, and edits daily news stories for television and digital platforms. Generates original story ideas, conducts enterprise reporting, develops sources, maintains an active social media presence, and communicates stories creatively across multiple channels. The role requires teamwork, a journalism-related bachelor’s degree, and a clear driving record; live shot experience is preferred.

Drives advertising revenue by developing new and existing client accounts, creating proposals and promotions plans, managing client relationships, tracking sales forecasts and pending deals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized advertising solutions.

Oversee broadcast engineering, RF and transmission systems, station infrastructure, and local IT support for New York television and radio operations. Maintain automation, master control, routing, production, networking, and transmission systems; troubleshoot technical issues; support live events and emergencies; lead facility upgrades and modernization projects; coordinate vendors; and ensure FCC, FAA, EAS, OSHA, and company compliance.

Manages the full HR lifecycle, including employee relations, compliance, performance management, compensation, benefits, leave administration, recruiting, and workforce planning. Advises leaders and employees, oversees investigations and accommodations, analyzes HR metrics, supports organizational effectiveness, and develops talent acquisition strategies. Leads full-cycle recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, employer branding, and recruiting initiatives while ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering engagement, inclusion, and retention.

Leads engineering operations for television and radio broadcast facilities in an assigned market. Maintains studios, master control, production systems, automation, routing, monitoring, transmitters, RF systems, antennas, STL, power, HVAC, EAS, captioning, and delivery systems. Supervises engineers and projects, maintains documentation and preventive maintenance schedules, leads upgrades and installations, supports capital planning, and ensures FCC, FAA, EAS, and OSHA compliance for reliable 24/7 operations.

The Account Executive sells advertising solutions, develops new and existing client accounts, and drives revenue growth. Responsibilities include creating proposals and promotions plans, managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, tracking deals and forecasts, maintaining sales documentation, and collaborating with internal departments. The role requires strong communication, presentation, marketing, closing, and relationship-building skills, with at least two years of sales experience preferred.
