Provide holistic care coordination for patients with SUD and behavioral health needs: navigate services, schedule appointments, teach self-management, advocate for services, maintain documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Provide operational and clinical leadership for the Bozeman location, overseeing service delivery, staff supervision, compliance, financial performance, community outreach, and quality improvement to ensure high-quality behavioral health care and program growth.

Provides care coordination and intake screening for behavioral health clients, assesses risk (suicide, overdose, SDOH), facilitates referrals and warm handoffs to crisis and community services, maintains compliant documentation, and participates in interdisciplinary teams to support continuity and stabilization.

Provide holistic care coordination for patients with SUD and behavioral health needs: navigate services, schedule appointments, teach self-management, advocate for services, coordinate multidisciplinary care, complete documentation, and support population health and quality improvement.

Perform housekeeping and food service tasks including meal setup and delivery, cleaning and disinfecting dining and patient areas, laundering linens, stocking supplies, and routine maintenance. Follow HIPAA and 42 C.F.R. Part 2 privacy rules, safety procedures, and organizational quality standards while supporting team operations and providing courteous patient service.

Provide discharge planning, arrange continuing care and medication/psychiatric monitoring, coordinate legal/financial/housing services, supervise client activities, assist counselors, ensure regulatory and confidentiality compliance (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2), and support quality improvement and safety in an adult inpatient residential treatment setting.
