Provides one-on-one executive support to the CEO and COO and leadership team, managing calendars, correspondence, board materials, filing, office supplies, and confidential information. Prepares presentations, reports, accreditation materials, and publications; handles graphic design for brochures; coordinates meetings, on-call schedules, CEU tracking, and special events while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, state rules, and CARF standards.

Perform housekeeping and food service tasks including meal setup and delivery, cleaning and disinfecting dining and patient areas, laundering linens, stocking supplies, and routine maintenance. Follow HIPAA and 42 C.F.R. Part 2 privacy rules, safety procedures, and organizational quality standards while supporting team operations and providing courteous patient service.

Manage patient account collections and insurance/third-party billings, coordinate with collection agencies and revenue cycle vendors, handle EHR billing setup and facility credentialing, monitor AR and insurance rates, assist Controller with patient accounts receivable and refunds, and provide backup support for billing and financial specialist roles.

Coordinates outpatient behavioral health scheduling for multiple locations and providers to maximize access, provider productivity, and billing compliance. Performs patient outreach and reminders to reduce no-shows, maintains accurate EHR scheduling and demographics, ensures HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 compliance, tracks scheduling metrics, and collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to improve workflows.

Perform housekeeping and food service tasks in a healthcare/residential setting including cleaning, disinfecting, laundry, stocking supplies, making beds, and basic kitchen maintenance. Follow HIPAA and 42 C.F.R. Part 2, safety procedures, and organizational customer-service and quality standards. Provide occasional driving and relief coverage as assigned.

Provide holistic care coordination for patients with SUD and behavioral health needs: navigate services, schedule appointments, teach self-management, advocate for services, maintain documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
