Greet clients and visitors, manage phone and front-desk operations, process referrals and admissions, maintain electronic health records and reports, collect payments and insurance/Medicaid info, administer DocuSign and MyEvolv tasks, perform basic IT and office support, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.

Perform housekeeping and food service tasks in a healthcare setting, including cleaning, meal prep and delivery, laundry, stocking supplies, and appliance maintenance while following HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, CARF standards, and safety procedures.

Provide peer-based emotional, informational, and practical support to patients in recovery. Mentor and coach clients, help set recovery goals and action plans, connect to resources (housing, employment, sober activities), complete required documentation, model recovery values, and ensure adherence to relevant statutes, CARF standards, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part 2.

Provide admission health exams, prescribe and manage medications, maintain medical records, screen for infectious disease, deliver consultations and health-related groups, participate in staffing, and provide evaluations and follow-up for patients including those in detox and with co-occurring disorders.

Provide front-desk reception and intake coordination for SUD clients: answer phones, greet walk-ins, process referrals, complete EHR intake documentation, assist with scheduling and financial clearance, accept payments, scan and route communications, support clinical and business teams, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, CARF standards and organizational policies.

Provide operational and clinical leadership for the Bozeman location, overseeing service delivery, staff supervision, compliance, financial performance, community outreach, and quality improvement to ensure high-quality behavioral health care and program growth.

Perform accounting and payroll duties including accounts payable, general ledger posting, monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations, bi-weekly payroll, payroll tax forms, grant billing, fixed asset inventory, revenue accruals, and support for annual audits. Provide administrative help with time and attendance system and act as backup for business office roles.

Serve as senior external ambassador to build employer, healthcare, and community partnerships that increase commercially insured referrals, expand EAP and corporate engagement, manage CRM tracking, represent the organization at events, and support strategic growth and cross-functional coordination.
