Greet clients and visitors, manage phone and front-desk operations, process referrals and admissions, maintain electronic health records and reports, collect payments and insurance/Medicaid info, administer DocuSign and MyEvolv tasks, perform basic IT and office support, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.

Perform housekeeping and food service tasks in a healthcare setting, including cleaning, meal prep and delivery, laundry, stocking supplies, and appliance maintenance while following HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, CARF standards, and safety procedures.

Provide peer-based emotional, informational, and practical support to patients in recovery. Mentor and coach clients, help set recovery goals and action plans, connect to resources (housing, employment, sober activities), complete required documentation, model recovery values, and ensure adherence to relevant statutes, CARF standards, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part 2.
