The Platform & Orchestration Engineer will design, build, and operate a durable execution layer for AI workflows, focusing on Restate runtime deployment and workflow management in distributed systems.

Executive leader responsible for global Product Development strategy, governance, performance, and business outcomes. Oversees enterprise software productization, regulatory solutions, enhancements, new product introductions, hot fixes, commercialization, operational readiness, adoption, supportability, and lifecycle management. Leads portfolio planning, investment, budgeting, organizational design, KPIs, automation, Agile/DevOps practices, and continuous improvement while aligning Product, R&D, Support, Services, Sales, and executive stakeholders. Builds global leadership capability and drives scalable, predictable, commercially viable delivery.

Curate, organize, package, and maintain seller-ready content, playbooks, and performance resources. Identify content gaps, guide subject-matter experts and producers, partner with sales and marketing teams, test materials with sellers, analyze usage, and apply AI and automation to improve content effectiveness and findability.
