Manage the full consultative sales cycle, build pipeline, close recurring managed service agreements, and drive new MRR/ARR. Develop account expansion and cross-sell strategies, collaborate with technical and service teams, maintain Salesforce forecasts, and achieve bookings, attach-rate, customer lifetime value, and revenue growth targets.

Leads corporate communications, public relations, executive communications, media relations, thought leadership, and external storytelling. Develops corporate narratives, executive presentations, messaging, and content; prepares leaders for media and speaking engagements; manages media relationships, reputation and crisis communications, awards, vendors, and communications performance. Partners cross-functionally to support company and go-to-market priorities while translating complex B2B technology into clear customer value.

Own assigned accounting close areas, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, deferred revenue, and equity. Apply US GAAP, maintain internal controls, analyze variances, resolve accounting issues, and prepare audit-ready documentation. Partner with Finance, international subsidiaries, auditors, and other business functions. Support system implementations, process improvements, integrations, and automation initiatives while reviewing work from global teams.

Drive new business acquisition among accounting and tax firms in the Pacific region. Responsibilities include territory planning, prospecting, pipeline development, consultative selling, complex stakeholder management, CRM and forecast updates, event participation, and meeting sales quotas. The role sells cloud hosting, security, compliance, and managed IT solutions through a remote, territory-focused approach.
