The Account Executive will drive new business in accounting firms, manage territories, engage in consultative selling, attend events, and meet sales targets.

Serve as a primary inbound contact to support customer adoption, account management, and expansion. Resolve account and sales-related requests, process orders, recommend upgrades/add-ons, collaborate with cross-functional teams, meet productivity and satisfaction metrics, and provide feedback for product and process improvements.

Lead FP&A initiatives to drive EBITDA growth by improving gross margin, optimizing CAPEX and cloud infrastructure spend, and streamlining cross-functional processes. Partner with Operations, Care, and Product to build analytical models, establish KPIs, evaluate technology ROI, and implement automation. Drive adoption of FP&A systems, standardize planning and reporting, and translate financial insights into measurable operational changes.
