Serve as the technical lead in pre-sales for MSP-focused solutions, performing technical discovery, security and risk assessments, designing managed services and cloud/MS365 architectures, producing SOWs/BOMs/proposals, delivering demos and POCs, supporting cross-sell/expansion, and ensuring smooth sales-to-service handoffs to drive recurring revenue.
