The Vetting Officer provides administrative support to the vetting team, manages inquiries from clients, and maintains the vetting database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with safety standards.

Implement and maintain Playwright UI test automation (TypeScript/JavaScript), integrate tests into CI (GitHub Actions/Jenkins), support manual regression/UAT, contribute to load testing, and serve as Scrum Master to facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and manage Jira-driven sprint and release activities.

The Software Architect will design and oversee software architecture, ensuring scalability and performance while guiding teams through best practices. Responsibilities include evaluating technologies, conducting code reviews, optimizing performance, and mentoring engineers.

Own and evolve the design system (tokens, components, patterns) and close the idea-to-code gap by partnering with engineering to keep Figma and Angular code in parity. Drive AI-enabled prototyping, improve discovery-to-production velocity, govern correct usage, audit product patterns for reuse, and iterate workflows to tighten design-engineering collaboration across squads.

Architect and build production agentic AI systems and the internal developer platform that integrates agent workflows across the SDLC. Design, operate, and evaluate multi-step agent pipelines, develop AI-powered tools in Python, onboard orchestration frameworks, manage AI cost/quality, and enable squads with best-practice guardrails and tooling.

Provide Level 2/3 IT support across RightShip locations for a cloud-first Microsoft environment. Administer Microsoft 365/Azure services, manage identity and access, support endpoints and AV, coordinate onboarding and asset management, improve self-service and documentation, and support security tooling and incident response.

The Enterprise BD Manager will expand and maintain key enterprise accounts, driving growth through strategic relationships and complex solution structures in maritime risk and sustainability.

Own and grow RightShip's largest enterprise accounts by expanding strategic relationships and originating new opportunities. Lead complex, multi-product, multi-region deal cycles; build C-suite relationships; structure multi-year SaaS and data platform agreements; coordinate Legal, Product, Customer Success, Data and Finance; represent RightShip at industry events and inform product roadmap using enterprise insights.

Manage a portfolio of maritime customers to drive revenue growth, renewals and retention. Develop strategic account plans, build senior relationships, upsell/cross-sell SaaS solutions, forecast pipeline, provide customer feedback to product teams, and ensure compliance with commercial and ISMS policies.

The Enterprise BD Manager will develop growth strategies, manage enterprise accounts, build executive relationships, and lead complex negotiations to enhance RightShip's offerings in maritime risk and sustainability.

The Midmarket BD Manager drives new business acquisition and revenue growth in mid-market maritime segments, promoting RightShip's solutions and engaging with customers to address their needs.
