The Software Architect will design and oversee software architecture, ensuring scalability and performance while guiding teams through best practices. Responsibilities include evaluating technologies, conducting code reviews, optimizing performance, and mentoring engineers.

Architect and build production agentic AI systems and the internal developer platform that integrates agent workflows across the SDLC. Design, operate, and evaluate multi-step agent pipelines, develop AI-powered tools in Python, onboard orchestration frameworks, manage AI cost/quality, and enable squads with best-practice guardrails and tooling.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market customers to drive onboarding, adoption, engagement, and renewals. Act as primary contact during implementation, monitor account health, resolve issues with internal teams, surface customer feedback to Product and Sales, and identify expansion opportunities to maximize customer value and retention.
