The Chief Financial Officer will lead RIFT’s financial strategy during its transition to commercial scale-up. Responsibilities include fundraising, treasury, cash management, project finance, financial modeling, budgeting, reporting, governance, risk management, accounting, tax, investor relations, and stakeholder communications. The CFO will advise executive leadership and the Supervisory Board, build scalable financial processes, manage finance teams, support commercial negotiations, and prepare the company for future Series C financing and international growth.
