Candidates should have enterprise software sales experience, quota-carrying success, asset management industry knowledge, consultative selling skills, and strong communication abilities. Travel is approximately 33%.

Provide real-time support for global trading and investment operations, investigate production issues, resolve market data and integration problems, validate reconciliations, and ensure start-of-day readiness. Work directly with traders, portfolio managers, compliance teams, customers, and engineering. Own issues through resolution, improve operational workflows, document processes, and mentor peers while working an early Dublin schedule supporting international markets.

Own and administer accounting and financial planning systems, including configuration, integrations, access, upgrades, implementations, data migration, and validation. Build finance dashboards and self-service reporting, automate manual processes using SQL, Python, and AI tools, and partner with Accounting, FP&A, IT, and Data & Analytics. Apply accounting knowledge across general ledger, AP/AR, close cycles, and revenue recognition while identifying opportunities to improve finance operations.

Leads architecture and development of a production agentic AI platform. Defines technical strategy, engineering standards, reliability and model evaluation practices, and scalable AI capabilities. Designs RAG integrations, third-party data connections, model routing, tool use, and code execution systems. Partners across Engineering, Product, and Data to drive adoption, resolve technical challenges, and align AI investments with customer outcomes while contributing directly to product delivery.

Serve as R&D finance business partner for Product, Engineering, Design, Security and tech teams. Lead R&D budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, cloud cost management, financial modeling, variance analysis, executive reporting, business cases, and process automation using AI-enabled tools while supporting accounting, procurement, and FinOps practices.

Provide advanced IT support across endpoints, identity, software, licensing, and business applications. Manage account lifecycles, macOS devices, Jamf, security tools, and corporate technology services. Build automations using workflows, APIs, webhooks, and scripting; apply AI-assisted troubleshooting responsibly; create self-service resources; monitor service levels; support onboarding, offboarding, Zoom Rooms, AV, and office networks; and collaborate with Security and Infrastructure while mentoring junior teammates.

Designs and strengthens identity and access management by implementing RBAC, managing account and permission inventories, automating provisioning and de-provisioning, conducting access audits, developing security policies, leading IAM-related incident response, and maintaining technical documentation. The role requires collaboration across security and IT teams to support compliance with NIST, GDPR, ISO 27001, and other identity management standards.

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI learning and enablement programs at Ridgeline, fostering AI adoption across all employee levels.

The Senior Staff Total Rewards Partner will develop and manage total rewards strategies, including compensation, equity, and benefits, to support global growth and IPO readiness. This role involves partnering with multiple departments and shaping the company’s compensation philosophy and benefits strategy to attract and retain talent.

Design, build, and support scalable cloud-native Trade Order Management applications. Participate across the SDLC, troubleshoot production incidents, improve system reliability, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and design to deliver secure, high-performing trading workflows.

Lead and grow engineering teams building an internal AI platform of agents, shared services, and AI-native products.
