Drive new enterprise software sales across asset management firms, from prospecting through close. Build and manage Salesforce pipeline, engage C-suite decision-makers, use consultative selling, coordinate presales and other cross-functional teams, and position Ridgeline’s cloud-native platform against legacy systems. The role requires regular travel of approximately 33% and focuses on achieving revenue targets through strategic account development and relationship building.

Own and administer accounting and financial planning systems, including configuration, integrations, access, upgrades, implementations, data migration, and validation. Build finance dashboards and self-service reporting, automate manual processes using SQL, Python, and AI tools, and partner with Accounting, FP&A, IT, and Data & Analytics. Apply accounting knowledge across general ledger, AP/AR, close cycles, and revenue recognition while identifying opportunities to improve finance operations.

Leads architecture and development of a production agentic AI platform. Defines technical strategy, engineering standards, reliability and model evaluation practices, and scalable AI capabilities. Designs RAG integrations, third-party data connections, model routing, tool use, and code execution systems. Partners across Engineering, Product, and Data to drive adoption, resolve technical challenges, and align AI investments with customer outcomes while contributing directly to product delivery.
