Lead Ridgeline’s transition from EOR-supported employment to direct employment in Ireland and Canada. Build international HR operations covering payroll, benefits, compliance, leave, employee relations, compensation, and equity infrastructure. Advise leaders, support Dublin employees and culture, establish vendor relationships, and partner with Legal, Finance, and People teams to scale international programs across time zones.

Leads the UI Framework team, setting front-end platform strategy and evolving frameworks, shared services, developer tooling, build systems, deployment infrastructure, and lightweight backend services. The role emphasizes developer productivity, performance, reliability, operational excellence, AI-assisted development, cross-functional technical leadership, and coaching, hiring, and retaining engineers.

Designs and strengthens identity and access management by implementing RBAC, managing account and permission inventories, automating provisioning and de-provisioning, conducting access audits, developing security policies, leading IAM-related incident response, and maintaining technical documentation. The role requires collaboration across security and IT teams to support compliance with NIST, GDPR, ISO 27001, and other identity management standards.
