Leads daily operations for a small office services site, coordinating mail, copy, scanning, courier, reception, shipping, and related services. Supervises and trains staff, manages scheduling and workflow, addresses customer issues, tracks service-level compliance, completes reports, monitors vendors and facilities, manages supplies, and supports recruiting and performance management. Requires customer-facing communication, technical aptitude, problem-solving, and oversight of contract and profitability requirements.

Leads technical pre-sales and post-sales implementation of integrated commercial print hardware, software, and services. Assesses workflows, demonstrates solutions, develops ROI and statements of work, supports pricing and installation readiness, manages implementations, trains customers, and ensures solution acceptance. Provides technical leadership to sales teams, serves as a trusted customer advisor, and contributes to professional services revenue across assigned territories.

Provides hands-on office services support in a legal environment, including hospitality and conference room setup, document production, scanning, records support, mail and shipping, supply inventory, receptionist backup, and direct floor support. Handles confidential legal documents, file conversions, OCR processing, FTP transfers, and document formatting. Coordinates meetings, catering, workplace services, and administrative workflows while supporting attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, vendors, and clients.
