Develops new and expanded customer relationships, identifies business challenges, and aligns Ricoh’s solutions with customer goals. The role researches accounts, builds relationships with decision-makers, generates sales opportunities, presents value propositions, and expands services across customer organizations. Candidates manage multiple accounts, understand solution design and customer approval processes, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. The position requires approximately 20% travel, including occasional overnight travel.

Operates high-volume copying, printing, binding, scanning, mailing, shipping, and receiving equipment. Performs basic troubleshooting, equipment upkeep, inventory tracking, filing, document distribution, reception coverage, conference-room setup, and customer service. Maintains service logs, calculates job charges, coordinates service calls, and delivers completed work. The role may include light maintenance, building moves, occasional travel between facilities, and overtime or emergency response.

Provides courier, mailroom, document production, scanning, shipping, facilities, and office support within a legal environment. Handles confidential and time-sensitive materials, performs pickups and deliveries to courts and other locations, operates copying and production equipment, maintains records and supplies, supports conference rooms and office moves, and delivers professional customer service to attorneys, staff, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
