Operate and maintain high-volume copiers and bindery equipment; handle shipping/receiving, mailroom, scanning, filing, and supplies. Provide basic troubleshooting, customer support, meeting-room setup, light maintenance, and record-keeping. May perform occasional reception, travel between buildings, and overtime or emergency response.

Manage and grow SMB accounts through consultative B2B sales, retention, and upsell of equipment and services. Conduct outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings, maintain CRM records, meet revenue targets, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Provide mailroom operational support: receive, sort, track, and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and packages; manage shipping/receiving, postage, inventory, customer pickup, basic equipment troubleshooting, and interbuilding deliveries.
