Prepare multifamily units for move-in by performing appliance replacement/repairs, minor plumbing, electrical fixture work, lock re-keying, door hardware and other make-ready tasks. Use personal hand tools and pass background and substance abuse testing.

Provide front-desk support for a residential property: greet visitors, answer calls and emails, schedule tours/appointments, manage resident inquiries and records, support leasing staff with paperwork and event coordination, maintain front desk supplies and cleanliness, and perform other duties as assigned.
