Support Lean transformational activities in a high-volume frozen-food manufacturing plant. Develop dashboards, train and mentor teams on Lean tools, lead root-cause analysis and improvement events, sustain process changes, and execute high-priority CI projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture.

Lead demand forecasting, commercial pricing analyses, and SKU-level P&L forecasting for a high-SKU private-label portfolio. Develop driver-based financial models, retail data reporting (Nielsen/IRI), pricing recommendations, and KPI tracking (Accuracy, Bias). Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance to support promotions, launches, strategic planning, and continuous process improvement.

Provide FP&A, reporting, and decision support for Supply Chain and Procurement. Analyze spend, PPV, freight, inventory, and working capital. Build financial models and business cases, own indirect spend operations and controls, improve ERP reporting and automation, support commercialization and month-end close, and partner cross-functionally to drive cost savings and process improvements.

Lead plant manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, safety, and cost targets. Build and develop operations teams, manage manufacturing, maintenance, materials, and continuous improvement. Ensure regulatory and food-safety compliance (SQF, FSMA, GMP), drive lean/Six Sigma initiatives, manage budgets, KPIs, audits, and commercialization support while fostering safety and employee engagement.

Lead regulatory compliance, labeling, product documentation, customer specification management, and sustainability reporting for frozen food products. Oversee USDA/FDA/FSIS compliance, artwork and label approvals, customer portals, Genesis labeling software, cross-functional commercialization support, and supervise one direct report to ensure audit-ready records and timely regulatory deliverables.
