Lead audits, inspections, incident investigations, root cause analyses, risk assessments, corrective actions, safety training, environmental monitoring, waste management, and compliance reporting. Partner with plant leadership, employees, regulatory agencies, and company safety leaders to improve workplace safety and environmental performance.

Lead regulatory compliance, labeling, product documentation, customer specification management, and sustainability reporting for frozen food products. Oversee USDA/FDA/FSIS compliance, artwork and label approvals, customer portals, Genesis labeling software, cross-functional commercialization support, and supervise one direct report to ensure audit-ready records and timely regulatory deliverables.

Lead demand forecasting, commercial pricing analyses, and SKU-level P&L forecasting for a high-SKU private-label portfolio. Develop driver-based financial models, retail data reporting (Nielsen/IRI), pricing recommendations, and KPI tracking (Accuracy, Bias). Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance to support promotions, launches, strategic planning, and continuous process improvement.
