Lead Equilibar's commercial organization to drive profitable order growth, lead Applications Engineering and Customer Service, develop sales strategy and processes, manage key accounts, support product-market expansion, and partner cross-functionally to align commercial activities with company objectives. Responsible for people development, KPI performance, and executive reporting. Hybrid role based in Fletcher, NC with ~50% travel.

Lead development of next-generation valves, regulators, and hygienic products from concept to launch. Drive fast-cycle NPD, value engineering, digital sizing tools, simulation and automation, lab test improvement, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration including customer visits to deliver commercialized, regulated products.

Lead commercial strategy and execution for Jordan Valves and LowFlow product lines. Drive profitable growth through pricing, SKU/stock model definition, go-to-market plans, customer engagement, cross-functional collaboration, profitability analysis, KPI tracking, and new product development. Mentor junior staff and coordinate quotes, manufacturing feasibility, and problem-solving across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service. Travel up to 30%.

Serve as primary commercial follow-up contact to advance quotes to orders. Maintain accurate opportunity records in the sales tracking system, perform outbound calls/emails to reactivate prospects, support prospect research, and coordinate with Applications Engineers and Sales to ensure timely customer communication and pipeline visibility.
