Leads the quality strategy and Quality Management System for industrial fluid-control products. Responsibilities include audits, corrective and preventive actions, customer complaints, supplier quality, inspection programs, calibration compliance, quality KPI reporting, regulatory adherence, and continuous improvement. Supervises quality engineers, technicians, and inspectors while reducing defects, scrap, rework, warranty costs, and cost of poor quality. Requires cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, supply chain, customers, and suppliers.

Maintains and continuously improves the ISO-based Quality Management System across engineering and manufacturing. Leads root-cause investigations, corrective and preventive actions, nonconformance resolution, audits, risk management, supplier quality, customer quality reviews, documentation, training, and continuous improvement. Develops quality personnel and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure products meet regulatory, customer, and internal requirements, including GMP expectations for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical customers.

Lead Equilibar's commercial organization to drive profitable order growth, lead Applications Engineering and Customer Service, develop sales strategy and processes, manage key accounts, support product-market expansion, and partner cross-functionally to align commercial activities with company objectives. Responsible for people development, KPI performance, and executive reporting. Hybrid role based in Fletcher, NC with ~50% travel.
