Operate and set up CNC turning and milling machines, load/unload parts, perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools, edit CNC programs for process improvement, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Must handle heavy valve bodies and work scheduled weekends/overtime.

Serve as primary commercial follow-up contact to advance quotes to orders. Maintain accurate opportunity records in the sales tracking system, perform outbound calls/emails to reactivate prospects, support prospect research, and coordinate with Applications Engineers and Sales to ensure timely customer communication and pipeline visibility.

Lead and grow an Inside Sales team supporting complex B2B technical sales in industrial manufacturing. Drive quote accuracy, commercial strategy, process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and KPI-driven improvements to increase quote-to-order conversion and customer satisfaction.
