Sell used vehicles by greeting customers, answering calls, conducting vehicle presentations and test drives, assessing trades, negotiating pricing and payments, and completing delivery paperwork. The role requires building customer relationships, maintaining accurate insurance and identification records, using digital systems, and coordinating with sales supervisors. Candidates need strong communication, multitasking ability, schedule flexibility, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Automotive experience is not required.
