Analyzes commercial real estate assets, loans, property operations, market trends, valuations, cash flows, and business plans. Supports underwriting, foreclosure processes, asset dispositions, transaction execution, and property inspections across U.S. markets. Uses Excel, Microsoft Office, and AI-enabled tools to conduct research, analyze data, and develop accurate insights.

Manages fund accounting operations for real estate, joint venture, loan, and CMBS investments. Leads accounting staff, oversees close processes, journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, investor reporting, capital activity, valuations, audits, and tax support. Ensures accurate reporting, strengthens internal controls, supports fund launches, and improves workflows through automation. Requires CPA certification, private equity and public accounting experience, partnership accounting expertise, and supervisory capabilities.

Provides confidential administrative support to two Managing Directors, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, communications, expense reports, invoice processing, document execution, and office event coordination. The role requires discretion, strong organization, excellent communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, AI and technology fluency, and the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.

Underwrite CMBS loans and properties, monitor portfolio credit metrics and performance, assess market and economic risks, coordinate with servicers, prepare portfolio reviews and recurring reports, and support reporting automation and process improvements.

The internship involves performing qualitative and quantitative analysis across various asset management departments in real estate, including loan evaluations and market research.

The Sr Associate - Compliance will develop compliance policies, assess regulatory risks, review marketing and investor communications, and manage compliance programs.

Support asset managers and CMBS surveillance by preparing cash flow models, valuations, proformas, and business plans; analyze property operations and market comparables; coordinate reports, appraisals, foreclosure activities, and site inspections; liaise with brokers, counsel, and vendors.

Oversee REO asset management, manage relationships with partners, monitor portfolio budgets, and lead a team of Asset Managers with 8-10 years of experience required.
