Responsibilities include underwriting commercial real estate loans, evaluating risks, analyzing property financial statements, conducting market research and due diligence, supporting resolution strategies, presenting recommendations, coordinating with external stakeholders, and assisting with reporting and compliance. The role also requires responsible use of AI and digital tools to improve research, analysis, and workflow efficiency.

Analyzes commercial real estate assets, loans, property operations, market trends, valuations, cash flows, and business plans. Supports underwriting, foreclosure processes, asset dispositions, transaction execution, and property inspections across U.S. markets. Uses Excel, Microsoft Office, and AI-enabled tools to conduct research, analyze data, and develop accurate insights.

Manages fund accounting operations for real estate, joint venture, loan, and CMBS investments. Leads accounting staff, oversees close processes, journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, investor reporting, capital activity, valuations, audits, and tax support. Ensures accurate reporting, strengthens internal controls, supports fund launches, and improves workflows through automation. Requires CPA certification, private equity and public accounting experience, partnership accounting expertise, and supervisory capabilities.
