The Federal Cyber Security Analyst will architect and implement solutions for security metrics and compliance, work with clients on cybersecurity programs, and enhance security posture. Responsibilities include compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and client communication.

Support clients to design and implement security and compliance controls across cloud environments. Configure monitoring and MDM, run audits, risk assessments, tabletop exercises, map frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, DORA), manage evidence and auditor engagements, triage vulnerabilities, and produce security documentation and reports.

Execute outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and social selling; build prospect lists; qualify leads for Account Executives; collaborate with marketing and AEs; maintain CRM and meet outreach and lead generation targets while staying current on industry trends.

Lead federal cybersecurity compliance programs (CMMC, FedRAMP, NIST) from scoping to delivery, manage a small team of security analysts, conduct gap and risk assessments, oversee audits, enforce SLAs, track project progress, and advise clients to achieve and maintain required federal security compliance.
