Leads the college’s Title IX, Title VI, civil rights compliance, nondiscrimination, and institutional equity programs. Oversees reports, investigations, resolutions, supportive measures, policy development, training, records, regulatory responses, and risk reporting. Chairs campus bias response and inclusive excellence councils, advises senior leaders, analyzes climate and compliance trends, and coordinates cross-divisional initiatives promoting access, belonging, and equitable practices.

Manage bi-weekly payroll and Workday timekeeping, ensuring accurate and compliant processing. Resolve payroll system issues, coordinate changes with Human Resources, administer foreign national payroll compliance through FNIS, and oversee stipends, tax reporting, reconciliations, garnishments, retirement contributions, vendor files, audits, and emergency disbursement procedures. Provide training and support to employees and supervisors while assisting with related accounting and procurement processes.

Assistant Professor of Music will direct the Rhodes Singers concert choir, teach conducting and courses in a music specialization or interdisciplinary area, and contribute to the college’s research and creative activities. The role requires expertise in broad and diverse choral works, strong higher-education teaching experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to inclusive learning. Responsibilities include developing choral programming, conducting rehearsals and performances, teaching a 3/2 load, and supporting Rhodes College’s liberal arts mission.

Tenure-track Assistant Professor of Psychology teaching five courses annually and conducting research in clinical/counseling or developmental psychology. The role emphasizes liberal arts teaching, collaborative interdisciplinary research, inclusive learning environments, and student engagement. Candidates must complete a Ph.D. in an appropriate psychology subdiscipline by July 2027. Research support includes startup funds, travel funding, laboratory space, and potential summer research support.

Assistant Professor of Psychology teaching psychology and neuroscience courses and labs, conducting research in neuroscience, and contributing to Rhodes College’s interdisciplinary Neuroscience program. The role includes five annual courses or labs, research mentorship, inclusive teaching, and collaboration with institutional and medical research partners. Candidates must complete a Ph.D. in an appropriate psychology or neuroscience subdiscipline by July 2027.

Lead employer engagement to expand internships and full-time opportunities for students. Manage employer portfolios, plan and execute recruiting events, coordinate outreach and career treks, use labor market data to inform strategy, maintain Handshake communications, and collaborate with campus stakeholders to align employer relations with institutional priorities.
