Provides desktop and endpoint technology support for faculty, staff, computer labs, and classrooms. Responsibilities include configuring, deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting, and replacing computers and peripherals; managing operating system updates, software, patches, and applications through SCCM and Intune; resolving support requests; and supporting classroom audiovisual and instructional technologies.

Leads the college’s annual giving program, including strategic planning, donor cultivation, gift solicitation, stewardship, campaign execution, and constituent engagement. Supervises annual fund staff, manages donor and prospect relationships, develops fundraising proposals, meets participation and revenue goals, and supports capital campaigns and special giving initiatives. The role requires extensive travel, occasional evening and weekend work, strong communication, leadership, and fundraising experience.

Leads the college’s Title IX, Title VI, civil rights compliance, nondiscrimination, and institutional equity programs. Oversees reports, investigations, resolutions, supportive measures, policy development, training, records, regulatory responses, and risk reporting. Chairs campus bias response and inclusive excellence councils, advises senior leaders, analyzes climate and compliance trends, and coordinates cross-divisional initiatives promoting access, belonging, and equitable practices.
