Support the Controller by performing general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, Medicaid/fee-for-service billing, reconciliations, grant billing, cash flow forecasts, financial reporting, and audit support while ensuring GAAP compliance.

Provide bilingual peer-to-peer care coordination for families of children with special health care and education needs: assess family needs, create care plans, link to services, support special education navigation, collaborate with schools and community providers, and participate in statewide system coordination and outreach.

Provide phone and in-person peer-to-peer support to families navigating health insurance, education, and human services; document grievances, coordinate referrals, conduct outreach, and offer case management and advocacy for consumers with complex needs.
