Represents clients in insurance appeals and fair hearings, conducts statutory and regulatory research, trains non-attorney staff, develops consumer resources, maintains an online resource hub, and supports healthcare policy research and advocacy. The role serves vulnerable populations, collaborates with community partners and state officials, and may require community travel, evening, and weekend work.
