The Full Stack Software Engineer will develop Rho's banking platform, focusing on backend systems, APIs, and frontend interfaces, collaborating with a diverse team.

Lead high-visibility brand campaigns across social, digital, video, OOH, and events to build awareness and affinity. Activate earned media, creator partnerships, and stunts; use AI to generate creative and reporting workflows; measure awareness lift, earned impressions, share of voice, and downstream conversion while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, RevOps, Video, and Brand Design.

Own end-to-end technical recruiting for Rho: source and build relationships with top tech talent, improve hiring processes and talent brand, leverage AI and experimentation, run disciplined searches and metrics-driven recruiting, coach hiring managers, and support broader People functions. Onsite in NYC five days a week.
