Build and operate Rho’s SEO and AEO growth systems, including AI visibility tracking, technical SEO improvements, CMS and codebase changes, agentic content pipelines, claims verification, and performance monitoring. Measure the impact of search visibility on organic signups, funded accounts, and CAC. Lead content and comparison-page expansion for incorporation while establishing automated alerts, runbooks, and scalable systems for future growth initiatives.

Produce performance-driven video content for Rho across X, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram. Responsibilities include shooting, editing, packaging, publishing, and repurposing long-form content into platform-native clips. The role operates cameras, lighting, and audio equipment; manages the publishing calendar; tracks engagement, views, and retention; and iterates content based on performance. Candidates need at least two years of relevant experience, strong editing skills, production fundamentals, storytelling ability, and a portfolio or reel.

Process ACH, wire, card, and credit repayment transactions; issue rewards and credits; maintain credit and card settings; manage payment exceptions, returns, fraud holds, and compliance escalations. Produce delinquency reports, support standby letters of credit, coordinate with banking and internal teams, and improve payment workflows through documentation and automation.
