Process ACH, wire, card, and credit repayment transactions; issue rewards and credits; maintain credit and card settings; manage payment exceptions, returns, fraud holds, and compliance escalations. Produce delinquency reports, support standby letters of credit, coordinate with banking and internal teams, and improve payment workflows through documentation and automation.

Build Rho’s presence in the Miami and South Florida startup ecosystem through events, community programming, partnerships, and founder and VC relationships. Develop and execute an events roadmap, manage budgets and success metrics, lead end-to-end event execution, establish strategic ecosystem partnerships, engage Rho customers, and represent the brand. The role requires strong local startup networks, hands-on community-building experience, data-driven program optimization, and familiarity with B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software.

Own the SMB growth revenue engine by responding to inbound leads within five minutes, reactivating dormant accounts, booking qualified meetings, and closing lower-value deals. Build and improve routing, alerting, automation, CRM workflows, sequencing, and outbound tools. Execute weekly growth experiments, report results honestly, and manage performance against evolving quotas and compensation.
