Lead Rho’s financial crimes compliance function, defining fraud and AML strategy across business banking and corporate card products. Build scalable KYC, KYB, transaction monitoring, fraud analytics, and machine learning controls. Lead incident investigations, war-room response, remediation, and post-mortems while partnering with Product, Engineering, Data, and Compliance. Hire and develop a fraud risk team, improve detection models and alerts, and balance regulatory requirements with customer experience.

Owns the NYC workplace experience, including programming, office operations, space planning, vendor management, procurement, inventory, access provisioning, and employee onboarding and offboarding. The role monitors facilities, cleanliness, supplies, budgets, and vendor performance while building scalable workplace systems for future offices. It requires strong organization, discretion, judgment, and comfort with workplace technology and AI tools.

Lead the development of Rho’s data science and machine learning practices, including model evaluation, deployment, monitoring, versioning, and retraining. Build production models for transaction coding, OCR, document understanding, RAG, and agentic systems. Design evaluation frameworks, experiments, and causal analyses; guide ML infrastructure decisions; establish technical standards; and influence stakeholders across data science, engineering, and business teams.
