Build and lead Greenlight Rent’s data foundations, including event models, ingestion, warehouses, transformations, APIs, services, and data products. Ensure data reliability, security, compliance, and correctness for financial reporting and business operations. Partner with product, finance, and operations to deliver measurable outcomes, make technical tradeoffs, establish engineering and data-quality standards, mentor engineers, and lead high-impact projects while remaining hands-on in production software development.

Own Greenlight Rent’s brand, marketing communications, website revamp, product messaging, partner marketing, sales enablement, lifecycle communications, content operations, events, and performance measurement. Collaborate with sales, partnerships, product, legal, compliance, and customer experience teams to build scalable marketing infrastructure, credible regulated communications, and pipeline-generating campaigns.

Design and implement scalable data infrastructure, pipelines, integrations, and models. Build automated insurance reporting pipelines, unify siloed datasets, enable self-service analytics, and enforce governance, quality, security, testing, and reliability standards. Partner with Risk, analytics, product, and cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions using modern data engineering tools and practices.

Associate Counsel will support commercial contracting, contract lifecycle management, corporate governance, entity administration, regulatory compliance, product and marketing counseling, consumer financial services, collections, and litigation coordination. The role requires partnering cross-functionally with compliance, operations, product, and business teams; maintaining governance records; improving legal processes, templates, and playbooks; advising on privacy, insurance, finance, and debt collection regulations; and providing practical legal guidance in a fast-growing, remote-first company.
