Supports FP&A leadership with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, month-close, audits, and ad hoc analysis. Partners with Commercial and Operations teams to deliver data-driven insights, identify performance trends and opportunities, and improve decision-making through analytics, automation, and self-service reporting. Requires strong accounting, stakeholder management, data analysis, and iGaming or B2C experience.

Manage and optimize the affiliate channel for an iGaming operator by developing partner relationships, adapting commissions, analyzing performance, supporting promotions, acquiring new affiliates, and reporting KPIs. The role also involves competitor and market analysis, collaboration with country and CRM teams, attendance at industry events, and mentoring team members.

Supports treasury and finance operations across multiple international entities. Responsibilities include monitoring bank balances, managing liquidity and payment runs, preparing bank-upload files, processing SEPA and SWIFT payments, reconciling affiliate and intercompany balances, preparing recharges, investigating discrepancies, and improving Excel-based finance controls and automation.
