Develops and executes test plans, validation protocols, and engineering evaluations for scientific instrumentation. Leads RheoSense’s global sales strategy, revenue performance, market expansion, forecasting, and go-to-market execution. Builds and scales high-performing sales teams, develops leaders, manages strategic customer relationships, and drives solution-based sales across instruments, consumables, software, and services. Partners with Marketing, Engineering, Product Development, Operations, and Customer Success to align customer needs and business objectives. Represents the company at industry events and advises executive leadership on growth opportunities, risks, and performance.

Develop and maintain Windows-based applications and user-friendly GUIs for test, calibration, and production. Implement and test software, document specifications and user guides, collaborate with team members, and work independently on assigned projects. Senior engineers lead development, mentor juniors, and drive architecture and product strategy.
