The role manages complex pitch workflows, procurement and legal relationships, executive stakeholders, client intelligence, outbound strategy, and new business operations. Success requires strong marketing and advertising knowledge, strategic storytelling, negotiation skills, a substantial client network, and the ability to independently lead high-value opportunities in a hybrid NYC-based environment.

Lead motion design across brand, product, experience and campaigns. Define motion systems and machine-readable tokens, integrate AI/generative and 3D workflows, ensure production-ready outputs, present to clients, collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, and mentor junior designers.

Lead product and experience strategy across digital and generative AI experiences. Conduct audience research and AEO audits, define AI evaluation frameworks, design synthetic testing, establish data and measurement strategies, interpret operational and performance metrics, validate prompts and interventions, and communicate strategic recommendations. Collaborate with data engineering, creative, technology, and executive stakeholders to improve accuracy, brand alignment, answer-engine visibility, and system performance.

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll create innovative designs, mentor junior designers, manage projects, and ensure client satisfaction while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
