Provides high-level administrative support to multiple C-level executives through complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense processing, research, project assistance, and confidential communications. The role requires exceptional organization, discretion, judgment, multitasking, bilingual communication, and proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, collaboration tools, and travel or expense platforms.

Leads agency growth and business development by owning RFP/RFI processes, pitch strategy, prospect engagement, partnership development, and opportunity conversion. The role manages complex pitch workflows, procurement and legal relationships, executive stakeholders, client intelligence, outbound strategy, and new business operations. Success requires strong marketing and advertising knowledge, strategic storytelling, negotiation skills, a substantial client network, and the ability to independently lead high-value opportunities in a hybrid NYC-based environment.

Lead motion design across brand, product, experience and campaigns. Define motion systems and machine-readable tokens, integrate AI/generative and 3D workflows, ensure production-ready outputs, present to clients, collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, and mentor junior designers.
