Coordinate and oversee external biopharmaceutical manufacturing programs with CDMOs, including technology transfer, supplier onboarding, manufacturing readiness, schedules, milestones, risks, deliverables, and quality activities. Facilitate cross-functional and supplier meetings, track performance and financial scope, maintain dashboards and status reports, support clinical and commercial readiness, and communicate program updates to leadership. Partner with Manufacturing Operations, MSAT, QA, Supply Chain, Procurement, SRM, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver manufacturing milestones.

Lead transition from clinical-stage to global, externalized manufacturing and supply for ersodetug. Oversee CDMOs, drug substance/product manufacture, distribution, labeling, inventory and vendor readiness to ensure on-time, right-first-time supply for Phase 3 studies and commercial launch. Build and lead supply organization, develop S&OP/forecasting, mitigate supply risks, and partner cross-functionally with Quality, Regulatory, Commercial and Finance.

Hands-on technical contributor implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting enterprise systems in a biotech environment. Captures requirements, leads cross-functional IT projects, collaborates with CSV/QA for validation, supports AWS/Azure environments, manages data migrations, documents configurations and change controls, troubleshoots integrations and access issues, and provides post-implementation support to transition systems to steady-state operations.
