Drive new and repeat business by building relationships with senior decision-makers, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal and closing, preparing customized proposals, collaborating with internal teams for successful event execution, managing pipeline in Zoho CRM, and attending industry events and on-site shows to secure and grow accounts.

Manage all pre-production, on-site execution, and post-show activities for corporate and special events. Responsibilities include client communication, budgeting, equipment and labor coordination, site visits, CAD drawings, electrical planning, safety and rigging oversight, invoicing coordination, and post-show reporting. Extensive travel required.
