Responsibilities include enforcing GAAP compliance, managing deferred revenue and prepaid expenses, overseeing project budgets and committed costs, analyzing variances, leading monthly close and reporting, supporting audits, and improving project accounting workflows. The Controller serves as the financial gatekeeper between operations and executive leadership.
