Own and evolve infrastructure for a new product: AWS environments, IaC (Pulumi/TypeScript or Terraform), CI/CD, container platform, PostgreSQL operations, observability, incident readiness, release safety, and developer experience. Mentor engineers and design scalable, reliable, secure platform patterns and operational practices.

Maintain CRM and customer data integrity, build health scores, dashboards, and recurring reports, and administer the Customer Success tech stack. Manage portfolio assignments, track renewals and churn signals, prepare account summaries for reviews, triage operational requests, and document processes to scale the CS team. Partner cross-functionally to surface customer insights and improve experience.

Build polished, maintainable React-based front-end product experiences; evolve front-end architecture and component patterns; translate ambiguous product ideas into executable plans; collaborate with product and design; prioritize UX quality, testing, and pragmatic tradeoffs; mentor and raise team effectiveness at the Staff level.

Lead evolution of a scalable, reliable data platform powering analytics across multiple brands. Design BigQuery/dbt data models, maintain ingestion pipelines (Fivetran/ELT), implement automated data integrity tests and CI/CD, optimize performance and cost, mentor engineers, and partner with stakeholders to deliver high-quality reporting and dashboards.

Manage a large portfolio of SMB customers using programmatic, scalable success motions to drive activation, retention, and expansion. Design and run lifecycle campaigns across email, in-app, and digital channels, leverage data and AI to prioritize outreach, identify at-risk segments, recommend product configurations, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve the end-to-end customer journey.

Manage a large portfolio of SMB customers via scalable, programmatic success motions to drive activation, retention, and expansion. Design and run lifecycle campaigns, leverage data and AI tools to prioritize outreach, diagnose adoption gaps, and identify growth opportunities. Partner cross-functionally to improve the end-to-end customer journey and support revenue growth through product configuration and best-practice recommendations.
