Lead APAC sales performance, revenue growth, pipeline health, and new customer acquisition. Build, coach, and retain a high-performing regional sales team while establishing forecasting, qualification, pipeline, and performance disciplines. Develop regional strategy, manage strategic deals, partner cross-functionally, represent the business externally, and provide APAC market insight to global leadership. The role is based in Sydney with regular travel across APAC.

Build polished, maintainable React-based front-end product experiences; evolve front-end architecture and component patterns; translate ambiguous product ideas into executable plans; collaborate with product and design; prioritize UX quality, testing, and pragmatic tradeoffs; mentor and raise team effectiveness at the Staff level.

Own product direction, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery for one or more areas of a B2B2C SaaS platform. Lead discovery, translate customer and business needs into product requirements and success metrics, partner with engineering and front-end teams, use AI-assisted tools to prototype, and drive high-quality UX and delivery from ambiguity through launch and iteration.
