Lead evolution and reliability of the enterprise data platform. Design and implement data models in BigQuery using dbt, maintain ingestion pipelines (Fivetran/ELT), optimize queries for performance and cost, ensure data quality via tests/CI/CD, support BI reporting, mentor data engineers, and drive platform monitoring, troubleshooting, and large-scale architectural migrations.

Perform application security and security operations tasks: run web application and API scans, validate and prioritize findings, manage vulnerability remediation, coordinate penetration tests, monitor and triage alerts (EDR/SIEM), assist incident response, tune detections and automations, and run security awareness campaigns (KnowBe4). Partner with engineering and IT to improve secure development and reduce risk across cloud, APIs, and third-party components.

Build polished, maintainable React-based front-end product experiences; evolve front-end architecture and component patterns; translate ambiguous product ideas into executable plans; collaborate with product and design; prioritize UX quality, testing, and pragmatic tradeoffs; mentor and raise team effectiveness at the Staff level.
