Provides executive and administrative support for a family-owned energy provider, helping maintain business operations, customer service, leadership coordination, and office effectiveness. The role is on-site in Greenwich, Connecticut, requires at least 40 hours weekly, and may involve additional availability during winter weather events and peak seasonal operations.

Supervise and manage trusts and estates tax engagements, review and prepare tax returns, ensure compliance, mentor and coach staff, liaise with clients, and support the Tax Manager with practice growth and quality control.

Lead and grow the Outsource Accounting Services team, manage client accounting and advisory engagements, support onboarding and training, facilitate knowledge transfer, and collaborate with firm leadership to deliver outsourced accounting services while maintaining hybrid/occasional on-site availability.

Lead and expand the Audit/Assurance practice, providing senior leadership, oversight of audit engagements, staff coaching and mentorship, client relationship management, quality control, and strategic growth initiatives within a hybrid work environment.
