Lead and expand the Audit/Assurance practice, providing senior leadership, oversight of audit engagements, staff coaching and mentorship, client relationship management, quality control, and strategic growth initiatives within a hybrid work environment.

Lead and manage tax engagements for individuals and businesses, supervise and mentor staff, ensure accurate tax compliance and planning, coordinate with partners, and support firm growth into director/partnership roles. Hybrid, Ridgefield-based position with strong emphasis on career development and client service.
