Leads the tax function, supervises tax staff, and reports to firm partners. The role supports accounting and advisory services for individuals and businesses, contributes to the firm’s leadership team, and may provide a pathway to partnership. The position is full-time, exempt, and based in a hybrid Ridgefield, Connecticut work environment.

Provides executive and administrative support for a family-owned energy provider, helping maintain business operations, customer service, leadership coordination, and office effectiveness. The role is on-site in Greenwich, Connecticut, requires at least 40 hours weekly, and may involve additional availability during winter weather events and peak seasonal operations.

Supervise and manage trusts and estates tax engagements, review and prepare tax returns, ensure compliance, mentor and coach staff, liaise with clients, and support the Tax Manager with practice growth and quality control.
