Business Development Manager responsible for identifying and pursuing new client relationships, driving revenue growth, and supporting firm expansion in accounting and advisory services. Works closely with leadership to develop opportunities and foster client retention. Hybrid schedule with CT office presence.

Supervise and manage trusts and estates tax engagements, review and prepare tax returns, ensure compliance, mentor and coach staff, liaise with clients, and support the Tax Manager with practice growth and quality control.
