Manage and maintain regulatory records and raw material qualifications. Request and review supplier regulatory documentation, generate raw material specifications and item codes in Sensapure, support third-party certifications (Organic, Kosher, Halal, Non-GMO), maintain SOPs, assist customer/regulatory requests, and participate in quality project management.

Implement and maintain AI-powered features and automations inside the Rover ERP. Build API integrations, data pipelines, and workflow automations; write, test, and document production-ready code; monitor AI outputs for accuracy and business risk; collaborate with IT on security and architecture; learn business processes to create practical solutions and grow into a senior technical AI resource.

Manage day-to-day food safety and quality assurance activities: conduct raw material risk assessments, define testing and specifications, support HACCP/SQF compliance, handle document control, investigate complaints/CAPAs/recalls, and create SOPs and work instructions.

Manage day-to-day client relationships and order lifecycle from PO entry to shipment. Serve as first point of contact, handle order confirmations, publish reports and shipment updates, manage R&D and regulatory requests, initiate RMAs, maintain CRM, produce quotes, and coordinate internally to meet customer needs and prevent operational delays.

Collect and submit raw materials and finished goods samples for quality testing, follow SQF/HACCP/SOP food safety requirements, manage testing specifications, assist with customer complaints, CAPAs, OOS reviews, create SOPs and documentation, and support other QA functions across office and manufacturing environments.
