Request and review supplier regulatory documentation, generate raw material specifications and item codes in Sensapure, support third-party certifications (Organic, Kosher, Halal, Non-GMO), maintain SOPs, assist customer/regulatory requests, and participate in quality project management.

Implement and maintain AI-powered features and automations inside the Rover ERP. Build API integrations, data pipelines, and workflow automations; write, test, and document production-ready code; monitor AI outputs for accuracy and business risk; collaborate with IT on security and architecture; learn business processes to create practical solutions and grow into a senior technical AI resource.

Manage day-to-day food safety and quality assurance activities: conduct raw material risk assessments, define testing and specifications, support HACCP/SQF compliance, handle document control, investigate complaints/CAPAs/recalls, and create SOPs and work instructions.
