Lead safe, compliant, and cost-effective operations of a thermomechanical treatment/power facility. Manage supervisors and technicians, optimize boiler and turbine performance, set KPIs, drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), oversee maintenance/outages, ensure EHS compliance, and develop operational plans and personnel.

Supervise safe, compliant, and efficient daily operations of the power/resource recovery plant. Coordinate and train operations staff and shift supervisors, manage CMMS preventive maintenance, oversee tipping floor and water analysis, handle contractor coordination, lead emergency responses, and act as backup for Operations Manager.
