Lead and sustain facility-level Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) programs ensuring OSHA compliance, incident investigation, training, contractor safety, environmental permitting, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement to achieve injury-free operations.

Lead collaboration, digital workplace, and AI enablement programs; own Microsoft 365 and Copilot adoption; set device and endpoint strategy; oversee UC, telephony, and mobility through a technical team; manage vendors, governance, compliance, and 1-2 direct reports while partnering with security and senior leaders.

Provide hands-on administrative and operational support at a heavy industrial facility: data entry, work order processing, inventory tracking, material receiving and handling, forklift operations (training provided), tip floor sampling, offsite errands, and adherence to safety and PPE protocols to support continuous plant operations.
