Leads safe, compliant, and cost-effective operations at a thermomechanical waste-treatment facility. Oversees supervisors and operating technicians, boiler and turbine performance, environmental and safety compliance, operational planning, KPIs, staffing, employee development, auditing, continuous improvement, and productivity initiatives. Requires strong power plant or high-pressure boiler experience, people leadership, maintenance knowledge, and the ability to work in high-hazard industrial environments.

Part-time, in-person intern responsible for managing LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook presence; developing content calendars; creating, scheduling, and publishing social content; engaging with followers; tracking analytics; and designing branded graphics. The role supports marketing initiatives through visual storytelling, caption writing, and creative content development while maintaining brand standards and meeting deadlines.

Grow new business and manage existing customer accounts for industrial waste and environmental services across the Western GTA. Responsibilities include prospecting, relationship development, churn reduction, forecasting, budgeting, contract and pricing compliance, and coordinating with customer service, waste approval, facility operations, and sales teams. The role requires approximately 50% regional travel and experience in sales and account management, preferably within the waste industry.
