The Outbound Sales Specialist is responsible for prospecting new business opportunities, engaging potential customers through various outreach channels, and converting leads into sales, while meeting daily and monthly sales targets.

The Business Development Lead is responsible for forging strategic partnerships, sourcing enterprise opportunities, and aligning cross-functional teams to drive Rewaa's growth in the fintech and retail space.

Manage, optimize, and scale paid acquisition across Google, Meta, Snapchat, and LinkedIn to drive qualified leads and SQLs. Execute funnel optimization and A/B testing, analyze performance and ROAS, collaborate with content and sales, and report insights to leadership for scaling and budget allocation.

Support HR operations including attendance and leave tracking, government platform requests (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, etc.), employee documentation, basic visa tasks, record-keeping, and employee inquiries under supervision.

The Director of People & Culture will oversee the people agenda, leading talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance while partnering with the executive team on strategic workforce planning.
