Leads quality investigations, audits, corrective actions, supplier quality, QMS compliance, KPI analysis, process improvement, and product testing. The role partners with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, customers, and management to resolve quality issues and ensure aerospace and high-reliability products meet defined standards. It is remote in Maryland with 50% travel and requires experience with AS9100, ISO 9001, nonconformance management, MRB, root cause analysis, manufacturing documentation, and inspection methods.

Lead FP&A activities including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, cash flow projections, and cost analysis. Partner with leadership on strategic decisions, business performance, risk mitigation, and growth initiatives. Develop multi-year financial models, dashboards, and executive presentations while managing financial metrics such as revenue, EBITDA, backlog, and cash flow. Support cost accounting and control systems in a complex government-contractor environment.
