Owns monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close; general ledger integrity; fixed assets; accounts payable and receivable governance; GAAP audits; technical accounting policies; ASC 606 revenue recognition; manufacturing inventory and cost accounting; ERP implementation; process improvement; and accounting team leadership. Partners with program controls, contracts, manufacturing, and finance teams on government contract reporting, FAR compliance, cost systems, and DCAA audit support.

Leads research and development of microgravity fluidics, microfluidic systems, and capillary-driven flow technologies. Designs, conducts, and analyzes experiments involving fluid transport, wetting, surface tension, and multiphase flow. Collaborates with engineering, hardware, modeling, and systems teams to develop prototypes and practical solutions, while overseeing laboratory testing, calibration, safety, documentation, and technical reporting.

Provide frontline IT support across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, connectivity, and SharePoint. Manage workstation provisioning, imaging, shipping, user account setup, Entra ID administration, MFA troubleshooting, software licensing, hardware inventory, warranty repairs, and new-hire onboarding. Maintain detailed compliance documentation supporting CMMC Level 2 requirements and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation. The role requires independent ownership, strong organization, and hands-on troubleshooting in a secure, regulated environment.

Manage the company’s government and commercial contract portfolio across proposals, negotiations, administration, compliance, and customer relations. Review RFPs and contract terms, identify and mitigate risks, support negotiations, administer agreements, resolve contractual issues, maintain contract data, and ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and DoD regulations. Collaborate with executive leadership, program management, finance, procurement, legal, and other stakeholders. This remote role requires up to 25% travel.

Designs and executes unit, integration, system, and acceptance tests for flight and ground software supporting space propulsion systems. Develops automated tests, validates embedded software through HITL and SITL, verifies system requirements, manages requirements traceability, and supports verification planning and closure. Collaborates with software, propulsion, systems, test, and mission assurance teams to establish test objectives and acceptance criteria for environmental and lifecycle testing.

Designs and integrates software-intensive space propulsion systems across the full lifecycle, from requirements and architecture through verification and flight operations. Responsibilities include hardware-software integration, system and subsystem requirements, simulators and emulators, automation tools, testing, debugging, technical documentation, system upgrades, troubleshooting, and participation in aerospace design and review gates. The role also supports MBSE initiatives and cross-functional engineering collaboration.

Leads manufacturing process development, process improvement, and operations support for precision aerospace and space-flight hardware. Designs and improves fixtures and tooling, develops work instructions and SOPs, trains production personnel, implements statistical process control, manages process capabilities and controls, and coordinates materials, equipment, quality, supply chain, testing, and program activities. The role is onsite in Boston and supports low- to medium-volume propulsion hardware manufacturing.

Manage complex technical programs from proposal through execution by developing Integrated Master Schedules, reviewing Statements of Work, analyzing critical paths, identifying risks, coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, planning resources and milestones, and driving actions and issues to closure. The role serves as the execution backbone for aerospace and highly technical programs, ensuring commitments remain aligned with scope, budget, and schedule.

Develops test plans and procedures for spacecraft propulsion hardware, oversees aerospace environmental and vacuum testing, operates test equipment, collects data, troubleshoots issues, supports test station calibration and maintenance, and documents test reports, quality control activities, and failures. The role is fully onsite in Boston and focuses on advanced aerospace technologies, including vacuum chambers, ion beams, radiation-hardened electronics, and high-voltage systems.

Lead the full life cycle development of in-space electric propulsion products, from requirements and system architecture through testing, production, spacecraft integration, and deployed operations support. The role coordinates multidisciplinary engineering teams, develops technical documentation, manages interfaces and constraints, supports program objectives and business development, and ensures propulsion products meet spacecraft requirements and reliability standards.

Leads testing and integration of advanced propulsion systems in a laboratory environment. Designs test setups and equipment, supports rapid hardware prototyping, reviews CAD and engineering analyses, coordinates manufacturing and vendors, conducts integration and troubleshooting, and manages test readiness, safety reviews, documentation, and post-test evaluations. The role drives technical issues to closure while improving reliability, maintainability, and test throughput.

Lead process development and improvement for precision fixturing and tooling for aerospace flight hardware. Support production through SPC, work instructions, cross-functional coordination, training, tooling procurement, and continuous quality and efficiency improvements.
