Teams at Revolution Space

Leads research and development of microgravity fluidics, microfluidic systems, and capillary-driven flow technologies. Designs, conducts, and analyzes experiments involving fluid transport, wetting, surface tension, and multiphase flow. Collaborates with engineering, hardware, modeling, and systems teams to develop prototypes and practical solutions, while overseeing laboratory testing, calibration, safety, documentation, and technical reporting.

Designs and integrates software-intensive space propulsion systems across the full lifecycle, from requirements and architecture through verification and flight operations. Responsibilities include hardware-software integration, system and subsystem requirements, simulators and emulators, automation tools, testing, debugging, technical documentation, system upgrades, troubleshooting, and participation in aerospace design and review gates. The role also supports MBSE initiatives and cross-functional engineering collaboration.

Manage complex technical programs from proposal through execution by developing Integrated Master Schedules, reviewing Statements of Work, analyzing critical paths, identifying risks, coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, planning resources and milestones, and driving actions and issues to closure. The role serves as the execution backbone for aerospace and highly technical programs, ensuring commitments remain aligned with scope, budget, and schedule.
