Drives wholesale revenue by sourcing and managing buyer relationships, negotiating pricing and terms, pricing used IT equipment, and coordinating inventory allocation, orders, fulfillment, and issue resolution. The role monitors secondary-market demand, supports inbound valuations, maintains transaction records, and improves wholesale sales processes. It requires knowledge of IT assets, especially laptops and mobile devices, as well as strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close. Build pipeline through an established Bay Area technology network, targeted outreach, and marketing partnership. Lead consultative sales with senior and C-level stakeholders, manage forecasting and CRM hygiene, negotiate usage-based deals, and coordinate post-sale handoffs with Account Management. The role requires independent in-market work, monthly customer travel, and collaboration with Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Engineering.

Coordinates logistics operations by tracking shipments, assets, GPS devices, and transportation activity. Maintains logistics, fleet, vendor, compliance, and training records; prepares reports and dashboards; supports scheduling, claims, audits, and vendor onboarding. Communicates with drivers, carriers, vendors, customers, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve shipment issues, maintain visibility, and improve operational processes.
