Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close. Build pipeline through an established Bay Area technology network, targeted outreach, and marketing partnership. Lead consultative sales with senior and C-level stakeholders, manage forecasting and CRM hygiene, negotiate usage-based deals, and coordinate post-sale handoffs with Account Management. The role requires independent in-market work, monthly customer travel, and collaboration with Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Engineering.

Coordinates logistics operations by tracking shipments, assets, GPS devices, and transportation activity. Maintains logistics, fleet, vendor, compliance, and training records; prepares reports and dashboards; supports scheduling, claims, audits, and vendor onboarding. Communicates with drivers, carriers, vendors, customers, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve shipment issues, maintain visibility, and improve operational processes.

Lead facility-level special projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and daily program operations across technology, receiving, and repair programs. Build project plans, manage milestones and risks, improve throughput, quality, and safety, standardize processes, track KPIs, and report results to leadership. Support staffing, workflow balancing, training, launches, facility expansions, and cross-site best-practice sharing. The role is onsite in Fresno and may require up to 50% travel during peak periods.
