As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, build personalized outreach, partner with Marketing, assist in sales calls, and grow towards an Account Executive role.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for strategic accounts: run consultative discovery, manage pipeline and forecasting, negotiate usage-based deals, present to senior and C-level stakeholders, collaborate with marketing and Account Management for handoffs and expansion, and travel monthly for in-person meetings.

Serve as primary customer contact handling support tickets end-to-end, coordinate returns/exchanges/warranties, collaborate with repair and warehouse teams, perform inventory audits and cycle counts, prepare reports, and provide feedback to improve operations and reduce refunds.
