Manage and grow relationships with large enterprise clients post-sale, ensuring smooth onboarding, retention, and expansion. Drive executive-level engagement, lead quarterly strategy sessions, identify automation for scalable operations, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet client needs and revenue goals.

Operate a 26-foot box truck to perform white-glove pickups of enterprise IT equipment, maintain chain of custody, interact with clients and building personnel, and support warehouse and facilities tasks including inventory tracking, equipment processing, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace while following DOT regulations.

Drive wholesale revenue by sourcing and onboarding buyers, pricing outbound IT inventory, managing buyer relationships and orders, coordinating with facility operations for asset allocation and fulfillment, monitoring secondary market trends, and identifying process improvements to maximize recovery value—focused on higher-end laptops and related devices.
