Design, program, test, and implement PLC/HMI-based control panels and systems. Perform electrical design analysis, in-shop testing, field startups, project coordination, vendor liaison, technical documentation, and provide customer support onsite and remotely.

Design, program, commission, and troubleshoot industrial control systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, VFDs, instrumentation). Lead intermediate projects, perform field commissioning and I/O checkout, provide post-installation support, mentor team members, and collaborate with clients and contractors. Frequent regional and national travel required.

Lead and deliver industrial automation and control projects from planning through closeout. Manage scope, schedule, budget, contracts, risks, change orders, quality, customer relations, and team performance while driving profitability and ensuring safety and timely invoicing.

Provide advanced IT support for Windows endpoints, troubleshoot hardware/software and network issues, deploy equipment, manage user accounts (AD/Entra/Azure AD), apply updates and security patches, document solutions in ITSM, collaborate with Systems/Network/Security teams, and assist with endpoint management and virtualization. Occasional travel (up to 5%).

Design, program, test, and implement relay- and PLC-based control panels and systems. Develop PLC/HMI applications, panel schematics/layouts, BOMs, and test procedures. Perform electrical sizing and short-circuit analysis, in-shop testing, field startups, technical documentation, vendor coordination, and provide customer technical support.

Design, manage, and implement electrical and control systems including PLC/HMI programming, relay-based panel design, BOMs, testing, short-circuit and sizing analysis, field startups, commissioning, vendor/customer coordination, project leadership, documentation, and mentoring.

Design, program, test, and commission relay- and PLC-based control panels and systems. Manage projects from design through field startup, perform electrical sizing and short-circuit analysis, develop PLC/HMI applications and testing procedures, provide technical support to customers, and coordinate with production, procurement, and project management to meet schedule, quality, and budget targets.

This role involves designing, implementing, and testing electrical control systems, supporting project management, hardware selection, programming PLCs and HMIs, and troubleshooting systems.
