The Senior Electrical/Control System Engineer designs, manages, tests, and implements complex control systems, ensuring projects meet specifications, budgets, and timelines while supervising teams and providing technical guidance.

Design, program, test, and implement PLC/HMI-based control panels and systems. Perform electrical design analysis, in-shop testing, field startups, project coordination, vendor liaison, technical documentation, and provide customer support onsite and remotely.

Manage end-to-end delivery of customized automation and control projects: scope review, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, risk/change management, customer relations, team oversight, safety compliance, and project forecasting to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality results.

Lead and deliver industrial automation and control projects from planning through closeout. Manage scope, schedule, budget, contracts, risks, change orders, quality, customer relations, and team performance while driving profitability and ensuring safety and timely invoicing.

Design, program, commission, and troubleshoot industrial control systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, VFDs, instrumentation). Lead intermediate projects, perform field commissioning and I/O checkout, provide post-installation support, mentor team members, and collaborate with clients and contractors. Frequent regional and national travel required.
