Prospect aggressively, build and manage pipeline, close complex consultative sales, maintain executive relationships, coordinate with estimating, marketing and sales engineering, and achieve assigned revenue targets. Understand control architectures and technical documentation; travel 30-50%.

Design, program, test, and commission relay- and PLC-based control panels and systems. Manage projects from design through field startup, perform electrical sizing and short-circuit analysis, develop PLC/HMI applications and testing procedures, provide technical support to customers, and coordinate with production, procurement, and project management to meet schedule, quality, and budget targets.
